Corpus Cristi Beach House
Perched along the shores of Corpus Christi, a once-rundown 1973 beach house now stands a masterpiece of coastal rejuvenation. The weathered stone facade freshened with a fresh coat of Pineapple Ice paint, and the new lush landscape that provides new native plantings and protection for the palm trees, exudes sunshine vibes.
Inside, open-concept spaces were created with coastal comfort in mind, blending vintage bench charm with modern design. The color palette for the entire home was pulled from the baluster colors on the outdoor fence built by the owner. Using these colors as inspiration along with crisp whites as a bright neutral base, soft and cozy living areas were created with the occasional pop of color to keep it fun and vibrant, just like the beachside sunsets. With an eye for preservation, including relocating the original stained glass window from the back of the house to center stage over the front door, in addition to reusing cabinets from an old sailboat’s cabin at the newly created wet bar, this beach house renovation is a celebration of coastal vibrancy and cherished seaside memories.
Outside, the revamped deck invite alfresco dining and relaxation, framed by panoramic ocean views.
With every detail meticulously crafted and curated, this completed renovation is a testament to the enduring allure of seaside living, where cherished memories await in every sun-dappled corner.
